01The idea

Problem

Good produce lacks data-backed proof, so it's hard to sell at a premium; companies, co-ops and investors had nowhere to quickly grasp what a complete digital-farming platform looks like.

Insight

Buyers trust what they can see: a QR code leading to a lot's real log is more convincing than any advert.

Solution

A bilingual website presenting the platform the way it actually works – from field sensors to the buyer's QR page – with a clickable sample trace record.

03Design & decisions

  1. One identity for the ecosystem

    Why: NG logo, leaf green + ocean blue, Be Vietnam Pro, dark grid backdrop – so users instantly recognise every product.

  2. Vietnamese without a prefix

    Why: Primary users are Vietnamese, so URLs stay clean (/), English lives at /en; /vi redirects 308 to avoid duplicate content.

  3. Monorepo ready for a backend

    Why: pnpm workspace with apps/web and apps/api so services can be added without splitting repos.

06Research

  1. Traceability standard

    Chose GS1 EPCIS 2.0 and GS1 Digital Link: structured trace events readable by international partners; periodically anchored hash chains for tamper evidence.

  2. Data and AI law

    Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15 (from 1 Jan 2026) and AI Law 134/2025/QH15 (from 1 Mar 2026) shape how data is stored, shared and how AI is supervised.

  3. Exporting to the EU

    EUDR requires plot coordinates and a transparent supply chain; large and medium operators from 30 Dec 2026 – plot boundary data becomes mandatory.

  4. Farm drones

    Decree 288/2025/ND-CP governs drones: registration, airspace permission and flight logs – built into the UAV Mission service design.

  5. Roadmap and resources

    Planned a five-phase, 36-month roadmap with an estimated total cost of 49–68 billion VND to complete the platform.
