01The idea
Problem
Mekong orchards and craft villages are beautiful but hard for visitors to reach; people far away want the experience but can't travel; farmers could earn more from tourism if connected.
Insight
The farm's own technology – cameras, drones, robots – is itself a unique tourism experience.
Solution
A modular tourism platform: in-person visits with a robot guide, online visits with live cameras and produce shopping, 'homeland' journeys scored like a game.

06Research
Mekong tourism
Compiled places, craft villages, a 12-month season calendar and specialities by province to suggest in-season trips.
Itinerary algorithm
A far-away must-see shouldn't always come first: lowered its priority and added time penalties for markets and cities for saner routes.
Gamification
GPS check-in within 0.5 km plus on-site codes balances anti-cheating with ease of use.
